Elsema fmt 302 remote replacement

The replacement remote was easy to adjust to the correct setting so that it works a treat on my garage door. It was very convenient that the battery was included because they can be difficult to obtain. I am still a bit concerned about the robustness of the string and the ring attached to the remote. I have been assured that it should last the distance. We shall see.
