  Great cusomer service

  I ordered two of these remotes and one of them didn't work. I notified customer services via email and they went through a few steps with me to confirm that the remote was faulty. Once this was confirmed, they immediately posted a replacement that arrived a few days later. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The remotes themselves seem very robust, and were very easy to "pair" with my garage door opener - the whole process took just a few seconds. I was pleased to find that the remotes were shipped with a battery already in place so I could use it as soon as it arrived.
